Swiss Chard and White Kidney Beans

Just a little look at what I’ve been cooking up.

I got this recipe from August’s Real Simple Magazine. So yummy. I modified it a little: I used white kidney beans and balsamic vinegar. Equally tasty.

The Swiss Chard is from my local farmer’s market. It has such a great earthy flavor that I love. I paired this with Sweet potatoes from the farmer’s market.
