Jaz’s Green Smoothie

Here is my recipe for a fabulous green smoothie. You can add your favorite protein powders to make it a fulfilling meal replacement. This recipe is enough for one person.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
1 Small banana
Juice of half a lemon
Juice of half a lime
1/2 fresh cup kale
1/2 fresh spinach
1/4 cup cucumbers
1/4 slice of a medium avocado

Blend thoroughly and enjoy!
